The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 is the latest addition to Xiaomi’s long-running fitness tracker line—and it’s clear they’ve refined the formula. While it doesn’t reinvent the wheel, it offers a surprisingly premium feel, a sharp display, and all the essential health and fitness features you’d want in a tracker—without the bloated price or unnecessary gimmicks.
Let’s dive in.

Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Design & Build
One of the first things you’ll notice is how slim and lightweight the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 is. At just 15.95g (without the strap), it’s easy to forget you’re wearing it. The body measures 46.57×22.54×10.95mm, giving it a sleek profile that doesn’t look bulky even on smaller wrists. It’s a nice balance—just enough screen space without crossing into smartwatch territory.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 comes in three colors: Midnight Black, Glacier Silver, and Mystic Rose. All versions feature a minimalist aluminum alloy frame, which adds a subtle premium touch without adding weight.
If you want something that looks more refined, there’s the Band Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Ceramic Edition. Slightly larger and heavier (47.74 × 23.94 × 10.95mm, 23.05g without the strap), it swaps the aluminum frame for ceramic and comes in a clean Pearl White finish. The strap material also changes from TPU to fluororubber, which feels better on the skin and looks a bit classier overall.
Whether you go standard or ceramic, comfort is a standout. The 135–210mm wrist circumference range fits most wrists, and the overall profile is thin enough to wear comfortably to sleep, at the gym, or all day at work.

Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Display
The 1.72-inch AMOLED display is a big upgrade for this band series. With a resolution of 212 x 520 pixels, it’s crisp, colorful, and very responsive. Swiping through menus or tapping into your stats feels smooth and intuitive.
The real MVP here is the brightness—HBM 1500 nits, which is wild for a tracker in this category. Even in full sunlight, the screen remains readable, and the auto-brightness feature ensures it’s never too dim or too harsh on your eyes indoors.
It’s a display that punches above its weight class, honestly. Whether you’re checking notifications, reviewing your step count, or navigating workouts, it never feels cramped or underwhelming.

Sensors & Tracking
The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 includes all the essential sensors you’d expect from a modern fitness tracker:
● Accelerometer
● Gyroscope
● Electronic Compass
● Optical Heart Rate Sensor
● SpO2 (blood oxygen) sensor
● Ambient Light Sensor
Daily step tracking, heart rate monitoring, and sleep analysis work smoothly. It can also measure blood oxygen levels, which is handy for general wellness tracking. Accuracy is good—not medical-grade, but more than enough for casual fitness users.
Heart rate monitoring during workouts is quick to respond and relatively consistent, and the sleep tracking has improved. The band logs deep sleep, light sleep, and wake cycles well, giving you a decent overview each morning through the Mi Fitness app.
The electronic compass is a welcome touch if you’re into hiking or outdoor workouts—it adds a bit of navigation smarts that most trackers at this price skip.

Water Resistance
The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 has a 5ATM water resistance rating, which means it’s safe for swimming and shallow water activities. Xiaomi clarifies that it’s been certified to handle up to 50 meters of water depth (based on ISO 22810:2010 standards).
You can wear it while swimming in a pool or running in the rain without issue. Just avoid hot showers, saunas, or any high-pressure water environments. Like most water-resistant tech, the seal can weaken over time, so treat it with some care.
Battery Life & Charging
Inside is a 233mAh lithium polymer battery, and while Xiaomi doesn’t give a specific day count, I’ve found that it can last anywhere from 7 to 12 days depending on usage.
If you use continuous heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and crank up brightness, expect closer to 7 days. With lighter use, it stretches well over a week.
Charging is easy with the magnetic charging cable, and a full charge takes about 1 hour. That’s quick enough that you can top it up during your morning routine or while you’re working at your desk.
